No! This course is designed in a way to introduce you to each of these concepts as you work through the program. Everything will be taught in a practical way for you to begin immediately applying these principles to your life, and our weekly support meeting and Facebook group are there for you to ask any questions you may have.
Will This Course Help Me Lose Weight?
Yes, it should! If you follow what we are doing and participate in the yoga fitness videos you should see a change in your weight. My past participants have lost up to 13lbs in the first 30 days, but this depends on the person. Many people also report other physical benefits besides weight like a flatter stomach, more toned arms and backside, clearer and brighter skin, better sleep, and more energy.
What If I Have a Medical Condition?
If you have a medical condition check with your doctor before starting the program, but the anti-inflammatory diet should not be an issue for most. In fact, it helps control blood sugar and promotes a well-rounded diet full of healthy proteins, produce, and healthy fats. But always ask your supervising physician before starting anything new if you have a diagnosed condition.
If you have a physical medical condition you may have to modify the yoga poses in the videos. You can speak with your doctor and ask about modifications in the Facebook group to help you.
Does the Mindful Eating Online Program Start at a Certain Time?
No, I have now designed this course to start at anytime that you will like. Once you make your purchase you will gain access to the online course and its videos and documents. From there, you can decide on a start date for your program.
