What Makes These Pork Chops Paleo-Friendly?

To make pork chops paleo-friendly, it all comes down to ingredients. For the pork chops, choose high-quality, preferably pasture-raised pork without added preservatives, when possible.

You will avoid store-bought marinades that contain sugar, soy, or other non-paleo ingredients. Instead the pork chops are first cooked with ghee and a simple seasoning, followed by cooking in chicken broth. No breading is used for this recipe in order to avoid flour and breadcrumbs, which are not paleo-friendly.
